Kids yoga games help to improve their social and emotional learning skills. Yoga, games and fun while learning how to calm down, concentrate and focus by learning how to use yoga as a self – regulation technique.

Yin/Yoga – A Deeper Connection

Yin Yoga allows you to work on the deeper "yin" tissues of your ligaments, joints, deep fascial networks, and even your bones. Yin Yoga provides physical, mental, emotional and energetic benefits. Designed to go within and re-align your orientation of your physical body. Discover yourself as you open up and reconnect with your experience. Yin Yoga revitalizes the body, relax the mind and reduces stress. A slow-moving yoga class synchronizes movement with the breath for the perfect mind and body connection, improves emotional balance and reduces stress and anxiety. Great for beginners and those who want to restore internal balance while providing support and allowing your muscles to deeply relax.

Calm and Com-posed with Gentle Yoga

Gentle Yoga focuses on stretching and breathing. It allows the body and mind to focus and connect with the present moment. It focuses on mental, physical and spiritual needs. It increases mobility and flexibility in a slow well rounded approach. It moves at a steady flow cycling through a series of floor based or seated asanas. The instructor will assist with yoga poses as needed.

The Art of Kemetic Yoga

The Art of Kemetic Yoga is a practice of Ancient Kemet (Ancient Egypt) that combines breath work, meditation and slow movement to restore and maintain MAAT (Truth, Justice, Balance, Order). Journey within the depths of your cells and connect deeper to self. Tap into your higher self through this art of healing and empowerment.

Testimonials

Ingrid is an amazing teacher -- I have been attending her classes for over 8 years. I started out knowing nothing about yoga, and have learned and grown through my yoga practice. Ingrid has helped me set intentions, center myself after stressful days and gained improved flexibility and strength.

- George

I am a "newbie" to yoga. My doctor recommended yoga to help with the arthritis back pain that I've been struggling with for years. Since attending the gentle yoga class at the Bull City Yoga Festival Studio on Monday's my back pain has decreased. The studio is very welcoming and the instructor is the best!
