Refund & Payment Policy

Effective Date: November 3, 2025

At Bull City Yoga, we value each student and strive to maintain clear and fair payment and refund guidelines. By registering for a class, workshop, or membership, you agree to the following policy.

1. Class Payments

• All payments for classes, packages, and memberships must be completed online through our secure payment system.

• We accept major credit/debit cards and other approved digital payment methods.

• Prices and promotions are subject to change without notice; however, confirmed registrations will honor the rate at the time of purchase.

2. Refunds

• Regular Classes: Payments are non-refundable once the class has begun. Cancellations made within the allowed window (see Cancellation Policy) may receive a class credit or replacement session at the studio’s discretion.

• Workshops & Specialty Classes: Refunds are available only if the cancellation occurs at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time. Within 24 hours, no refunds are issued.

• Memberships & Class Packages: All sales are final. No partial refunds will be provided for unused classes or early membership termination.

3. Transfers & Credits

• Class credits may be transferred to another available class upon request, provided the studio is notified before the scheduled start time.

• Credits expire six (6) months from the date of issue unless otherwise stated in a promotion.

4. No-Show & Late Cancellation Fees

• A no-show is considered a missed class without advance cancellation and is non-refundable.

• Late cancellations within one (1) hour of class start time may incur a fee or forfeit a class credit as outlined in our Terms & Policies.

5. Gift Cards

• Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash. They may be applied to any eligible service or product offered by Bull City Yoga.

6. Event Cancellations by Bull City Yoga

• If a class, workshop, or event is cancelled by Bull City Yoga due to low enrollment, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances, participants will receive a full refund or credit toward a future session.

For billing questions or refund requests, please email us at Deesawalk@msn.com with your name, purchase date, and transaction details. We aim to respond within 3–5 business days.
